The T.Berry Summer Yogurt Bowl Recipe
- 400-500 grams Yogurt / Dahi
- Mixed Berries (fresh or frozen- I particularly like Blueberries, Strawberries and Mulberries)
- Other fruit of choice (Kiwi, Mango and Bananas go really well)
- Artisanal Granola (Homemade or from a small batch baker)
- 2-3 tbsp of Cacao Nibs (Great source of Phosphorous, Antioxidants & Magnesium- usually lacking in most diets and great for cell recovery + better sleep)
- 2-3 tbsp of Seeds of choice- I rotate between Pumpkin, Sunflower and Flax. (Flax seeds are loaded with omega-3 fats, protein, lignans, and fiber. Pumpkin seeds are packed with antioxidants, polyunsaturated fatty acids & B2. Sunflower seeds are extremely high in vitamin E, selenium, magnesium, and linoleic fatty acids, which help prevent chronic illnesses)
Optional:
- Probiotic of choice for supporting Gut Health - I like Glow by The Beauty Chef
- Dehydrated Goji Berries (great source of Beta Carotene, healthy antioxidants, especially zeaxanthin which is great for eye health and immune system support)
- Rose Petals (Cooling proprieties, cramp support & antioxidants + anti inflammatory as per Ayurveda)
- Coconut Shavings (Manganese- great for bone health)
- 3 tbsp of Hemp Hearts (Protein × Fibre)
This tastes absolutely beautiful and is perfect as a quick Breakfast / Post Yoga Snack / Healthy Dessert / Mid-Day Pick Me Up that has a noticeable difference in mood and gut health.
