TBERRY ATELIER offers this website, including all information, tools, services and experiences available from this site to you, the user and/or customer based on your acceptance of all terms, conditions and operational policies outlined here.

In providing this Website and related Services + Experiences, we will be receiving and processing personal information related to you. This privacy policy outlines how we collect, store and use the personal information that you provide us as well as your rights and choices available to you as a customer.               C) To operate, maintain, and improve our site, products, and services including bespoke services and sizing database. (I will be using client measurements to improve our sizing know-how and use that to improve our bespoke services and keep it on file for reference). We may contact you about current and improved administration of any accounts, services and products we have provided before, provide now or will or may provide in the future. These will often be necessary, but sometimes the improvements will not be necessary, in which case we will ask whether you agree.

              D) Verifying your identity- Identifying clients and client accounts, addressing client queries, questions and other matters pertaining to providing the Service and for improving customer service including special requests via telephone, email and/or correspondence via our social media handles. 

              E) To give more information via email or other written electronic communication about promotions, giveaways, loyalty points accumulation, discount codes and services by us as well as any collaborations with selected partners.

              F) If you sign up to our newsletter we use your personal contact information to correspond with you about new releases, early access to them, collections , special offers, sales and other matters pertaining to the atelier, website and service including giveaways and collaborations.

              G) When you take a new service or product from us, or discuss taking a new service or product but decide against, we might wish to provide you with further information about similar services or products by email or other written electronic communication. In that situation, we will always give you the opportunity to refuse to receive that further information and if you change your mind please let us know. We'll endeavour to remind you of your right to opt-out on each occasion that we provide such information.

              H) To accept, process, fulfil and facilitate your orders, ship them to you nationally and internationally. send administrative information related to your order such as payment information, order conformations, shipping confirmations, shipping alerts and other updates including order support and technical plus security notices. We share this information with shipping companies and other employees + interns with the sole purpose of processing, fulfilling and delivering your orders.

              I) To keep you up to date with our Member Loyalty Scheme under which, as part of your membership benefits, we will periodically give you membership information and details of discounts, loyalty points and offers we provide from time to time for our members. We will only do this if you have told us that you would like this benefit.

              J) For transaction related matters for any orders placed for products, services and/or experiences:

               J1. If you provide false or inaccurate information to us and we suspect fraud, we will record this and may share it with other people and organisations. We, and other credit and insurance organisations, may also use technology to detect and prevent fraud.

              J2. We may need to transmit the payment and delivery information provided by you during the order process for the purpose of obtaining authorisation from your bank or from PayPal.

              K) We use your personal information to protect, investigate, detect and deter against fraudulent, unauthorised, illegal activity or losses. We reserve the right to share on our social media any reviews directly submitted on the website or via publically shared comments on any of our social media handles including corresponding attachments and photos.               H) Since our Bespoke Service(s) is based on the experience we accumulate from working on multiple people’s orders such as design preferences, sizing data , bespoke + customised parameters for orders and personal information + measurements, we may share anonymous isolated or aggregated data of the same (with employees and customers) in order to to fulfil orders and marketing purposes. 

              Your choices and rights as a customer :

              When you place an order through the Website/ Instagram/ Telephone/ Email we keep a record of the order information as well as all personal information on file unless explicitly asked to delete it.

              As our customer, you have the right to contact us and request for your customer information to be updated, corrected or deleted by emailing us at atelier@tberry.in
