We endeavour to follow a zero-waste manufacturing policy which means we do not keep excess inventory. Every garment and accessory is made to order at our atelier in New Delhi after order confirmation. We aim to process, make and dispatch your order within 5-7 business days after order confirmation (unless indicated otherwise on individual product pages) but this may take slightly longer during busy or holiday periods. Please be rest assured, we will keep you posted about your order status via email in all scenarios. If you need your order by a certain date, please email us and we’ll do our best to expedite if possible. 

For pan-India shipping, we use multiple local courier services, fully tracked.
All international orders are shipped via DHL, fully tracked. 

If you are ordering something as a gift, we recommend ordering well in advance so that your chosen item reaches the giftee in time. We cannot guarantee last minute orders will reach within the intended timeframe. For any questions, please email: atelier@tberry.in

If your order is marked as a gift, we will not include a receipt within the parcel.

Pan India : 3-4 Business Days after dispatch, most likely will reach sooner.

International : 6-8 Business Days after dispatch, most likely will reach sooner.

Complimentary Shipping within India on all orders.

International: 

Flat Rate Shipping of $30 on international orders under $200.

Complimentary International Shipping on all orders valued $200 and above. 

Custom Duties and Taxes

Please note, you are responsible for any taxes or customs duties due in your country. Your order may be delayed or sent back to us if you do not pay these duties or taxes to the relevant custom authorities on time.

We are unable to issue returns or refunds due to custom delays or holds beyond our control, nor for unclaimed packages.
